amount time for acceptance inclusion PPC Advertising may subject the individual advertising network policies and procedures Each edit change made any resources employed Company may repeat these inclusion times Customer acknowledges that any the PPC advertising networks search engines directories other resources may block prevent otherwise stop accepting submissions for indefinite period time Customer acknowledges that PPC advertising networks search engines may drop listings from its database for apparent predictable reason Company shall submit resources the search engine based the current policies the search engine question and whether pay inclusion programs are being used Company will endeavor make every effort keep Customer informed any changes that Company made aware that impact any the PPC Campaign and Strategy and the execution thereof under this Agreement Customer acknowledges that Company may not become aware changes third party resources industry changes any other changes that may may not affect PPC campaign other SEO services Customer acknowledges that Company cannot guarantee the exact placement Customer advertising its availability availability related the funds the Customer account Customer solely responsible for all advertising network fees and paid inclusion fees and must maintain adequate funds any third party accounts order maintain inclusion these
