Writing the Considerations document

Use this template to discuss any sort of consideration. The word consideration may have many meanings. In law consideration is anything of value usually given in exchange for something else of value. Thus in the case of payment for services both the payment and the services performed are considered legal consideration. Consideration is an important element of contracts. Outside of law consideration can mean careful thought given to an issue an opinion or factor that will influence decision. Introduce the topic of this document here. For example are you discussing what you will accept or give in exchange for something else to create binding contract. Or are you highlighting the most important aspects of an issue to be decided. You may need to describe the history of the issue before you list considerations below. Consideration #1 e. g. " Rare Coin Collection" or " Can we really afford this.
