Writing the Driving Force document

Use this template to describe the concept event or person that is propelling project company or change. For example you might want to describe how an employees brilliant idea inspired new product explain how the failure of competitor has suddenly opened new market for you or describe how changing economic conditions have forced changes in your organization or process. Provide some history of the project or organization here and then introduce the topic of the driving force. If the driving force is person you may want to provide some biographical information including the persons accomplishments or awards. Describe the results you hope to achieve thanks to this driving force.
