How do you write a Packaging document?

Use the Packaging template to describe the packaging you are proposing to use for your project. Packaging can have many goals. For example you may want to describe how your packaging is all recyclable to qualify your company or your product as green choice. For fragile items that must travel long distances youll want to describe how durable your packaging is and how it protects the items within the package. Some packaging types might contain security or tracking devices or anti piracy protection so that the product and package cant be copied. Certain types of packaging have special requirements for consumer safety such as required warnings or lists of ingredients or tamper proof containers to prevent easy opening. Packaging considerations must also include discussion of how the packages will be presented. package may include advertising and pricing information on the outside and assembly or usage instructions either outside or inside. Packages may be designed to fit into specific types of displays. For example many retail products are enclosed in thermoform packages plastic that is molded to item such as clamshells and blister packs with slots to hang multiple packages on display rack hooks.
