How to write my Supply Chain document

Use the Supply Chain template to describe the supply chain you now use or propose to use detailing the flow of goods or services from original supplier to the end user. For example cardboard box supplier might show the flow from the original lumber company through the pulp mill then to the paper manufacturer and finally the cardboard fabricator. This template may document an internal supply chain within company with handoffs from one division to the next an external supply chain from company to company or both. You may find it useful to incorporate flow chart here moving from top to bottom or left to right to follow the flow of goods or services from original supplier to final user.
