Customizing and Consulting Services

In a hurry and need us to assemble your proposal framework for you? Or do you need a customized version of a template or even an entire Proposal Pack template collection with your logo and colors designed into every template?

We provide over 1000 templates with different graphic headers such as "Executive Summary" and "Company History". If you want a custom header that we do not include, we can create a custom graphic header for you.

You must select the $30 1st Custom Graphic Header for the first graphic header, then the additional $5 service for each additional graphic if you want more than one.

Select this option if you want a single Title Pack Pack background in a custom color theme. You provide us with up to 3 colors and we will customize one of our existing Title Page Pack backgrounds with a custom color scheme.

This option does not include making any graphic design changes to the Proposal Pack graphic. It only includes changing the text of the header and e-mailing you the new graphic.

You send us your logo and we will create a complete set of Proposal Pack templates (over 1000 documents) with your logo integrated into all of the templates (including a matching color scheme Title Page background). If you want a specific font style there may be an extra charge if we have to purchase the font type for your project.

A complete set of custom Proposal Pack templates will be created and sent to you in a compressed Zip file. No extra templates or text changes to any templates are included.

This option is the same as Level 1 above, in addition it includes the creation of a complete installation package. A complete set of custom Proposal Pack templates will be created and packaged into a installable program along with a complete desktop organizer, just like our retail Proposal Pack.

This option is meant for larger organizations who need to install their custom Proposal Pack on multiple computers. Also requires additional license fees for the number of computers it will be installed on.

We will assemble your proposal or other complex business document for you using our Proposal Pack and Proposal Pack Wizard products. This option gives you up to two hours of consulting time where we will perform a short interview session to determine what type of proposal you are trying to create and we will help select the topics for you and assemble them into a proposal framework.

This option is meant for people who want to get their proposal or other complex document assembled without the learning curve of using our Proposal Pack Wizard software. This is a good option if you are in a hurry and have the budget to have someone else assemble your initial proposal framework for you.

This option is non-refundable and requires the purchase of a Proposal Pack template collection and enough licenses to cover the number of people who will be using the products. NO writing, editing, word processing or integration services are provided with this option. You will still have to edit the assembled framework once we have assembled the document for you.

Consulting services include dedicated phone support, access to product developers for assistance with more complex customizations of the products or any other support that cannot be provided via the free online support. While Proposal Kit is primarily a do-it-yourself software solution and includes extensive help material we do have services available to assist.
