match exactly what Customer originally viewed the Company web site Due differences each Customer monitor colors and inks used different printers impossible maintain color profiles between Customer computer monitors and service provider printers Prints are made glossy paper Prints will made either from 35mm slide digital image and will printed either digitally standard slide enlargement depending how the original image was captured Access Rights Customer receives digital access rights Content Ownership Rights Licensee and original photographers shall retain all copyrights Content provided Customer including copyrights derivative works Licensee has the rights issue licensee Content for fee Customer Customer does not acquire any ownership rights the Content the Content after modification into derivative work Usage Rights Customer granted ownership the physical print purchased for non commercial use Customer may not duplicate redistribute the Content any means physically digitally Customer may not use the Content for any commercial editorial other purpose for which stock photography typically used Customer may use the Content only for personal use decor Display reprints are custom printed when ordered and are not normally stocked product Customer has days request refund reprint exchange Compensation For all Licensee Services under this Agreement Customer Agreement shall limited the total amount compensation paid Licensee and that this shall the sole remedy Customer for damages under this Agreement Attorney Fees the event that any party this Agreement employs attorney enforce any the terms the Agreement the prevailing party shall entitled recover its actual attorney fees and costs including expert witness fees The parties represent and warrant that
