media downloads links other Software purchased for Customer under this Agreement Customer Company shall not responsible for keeping copies back ups any other form the Software after turning over the original copies Customer Company will not maintain the Installation updates any daily tasks required for the maintenance the Software under this Agreement unless otherwise specified Exhibit Company will not manage maintain copies licenses for any the software packages installations under this Agreement All licenses for software installations will turned over Customer upon execution this Agreement Services Company will individually submit Customer Web Pages the search engines and directories stated the Specifications Insert services related paid inclusion programs and other disclaimers used Company will create custom reports for traffic and positioning Customer Web Site Web Pages and any additional Web Sites custom Web Pages created Company under this Agreement Company will provide detailed reports required the Specifications and shall endeavor provide the reports Customer timely manner Customer acknowledges that any reports provided Company are considered estimates based industry standard reporting software and techniques and shall never construed exact counting each and every submission Insert exclusions reporting and other disclaimers any Company will provide acknowledges that Company past performance not indicative any future results Customer may experience Customer acknowledges that SEO and submissions search engines and directories can take indefinite amount time for inclusion unless paid inclusion programs are employed Each edit change made any resources employed Company will repeat these inclusion times Customer acknowledges that any the search engines directories other resources may block prevent otherwise stop accepting submissions for indefinite period time Customer acknowledges that search engines may drop listings from its database for apparent predictable reason Company shall submit resources the search engine based the current policies the search engine question and whether pay inclusion programs are being used Company will endeavor make every effort keep Customer informed any changes that Company made aware that impact any the SEO Services and the execution thereof under this Agreement Customer acknowledges that Company may not become aware changes Third party resources industry changes any other changes that may may not affect SEO services Customer acknowledges that some the Third party resources only offer paid inclusion programs that require fee continued maintenance performance fees Customer solely responsible for all paid inclusion fees and must maintain adequate funds any Third party accounts order
