The numbers represented above are to be used as an estimate for the projects discussed. The above Cost Summary does in no way constitute warranty of final price. Estimates are subject to change if project specifications are changed or costs for outsourced services change before being locked in by binding contract.

Initial Café Set Up. 50% at contract signing. 50% at Café Completion. Any other balances owing. Monthly Food Costs. Due upon receipt of monthly invoice, Special Catering. Billed on monthly invoice, Minimum Term of this contract. This contract is for the aforementioned Onsite Café services and special catering and shall be for period of no less than years.

After the initial term of this contract services will be provided on continuing monthly basis at the current rate schedule. Current rates are disclosed no less than days prior to the end of the initial term of this contract. If new contract for period of or more months is signed the rates will be locked in at the current rate at the time of signing. There are no pre payment penalties.

In the event of cancellation for any reason. 90 days notice is required by either party. Cancellation of contract prior to the end of the initial term will require payment for all contracted services due to the end of the contract period or for days whichever is longer. Late Payment fees will be assessed on any account past due by days.

Final terms and conditions will be provided in the contract for services. The following is example menu items that will be available for the stated proposal prices. Please check with your assigned Café Manager for more options for special diet need menus.

Van Gogh Café & Catering designs an onsite café specifically to fit your needs. To achieve this we assign Café Operations Manager that is responsible for all of the day to day operations staff management training and special catering requests or other needs. He can also discuss and add additional menu items or catering service needs upon your request.
