Barcoding scanning and printing hardware need to be integrated into PLCs on the production line for inventory control and traceability and into the main server for reporting purposes and assimilation into the software. Production Line PLC and Scanning Printing Hardware Integration Integrator. PLCs will be programmed to integrate with line hardware based on necessary configurations and reporting needs for server upload. Integration Phase #2 Description. Scanning Printing Hardware and Software and Server Integration Integrator. An AgSolutions technical specialist will install and synchronize specified hardware and software modules between line hardware interfaces and the main server.

Hardware will be integrated with station software for upload and automatic report generation to the main server. Standard and advanced software modules will be tested on the line for accuracy. Integration Phase #3 Description.

Station and Server Integration and Synchronization Integrator. An AgSolutions technical specialist will ensure full system compatibility traceability and functionality at each station. On site management will work with technician to set up specified production runs for testing. All network links PLCs interfaces and hardware will be thoroughly tested and problem areas identified and corrected.

Software from each station will be synchronized and tested with the main server. Test reports will be the be uploaded from each station to the main server for report generation and problem areas will be identified and corrected. Training will cover all the basic and advanced uses of the software program and will equip your employees to effectively operate the software and equipment to specification. Additionally we will provide more days of basic training for operating employees.

Further training is always available at competitive prices. On site training –During the initial training we cover all basic aspects of operating the software and equipment using manuals hands on methodology and big screen visual walk throughs. Training for management utilizes extensive hands on methodology. Web based training – We provide an interactive training program that will meet basic training needs for new employees.

Our website further provides technical support and vast database of FAQ’s and how to’s. Video DVD training – We have video copies of training seminars available on VHS and DVD for modest cost. Printed manuals – We provide management personnel with complete documentation manual covering all aspects of software and equipment use.

We provide other employees smaller user manuals covering basic operations. Fast track training – The initial day training period for management is what we consider fast track training.
