How to write my Expedition document

Use this template to describe any sort of expedition. This would most likely be used to describe research expedition. Explain here the history behind the expedition and the purpose of the expedition. Expedition Description Describe the expedition here including dates and sites to be explored. If the route is complicated you may want to also use the Itinerary template. Expedition Members List the expedition members their titles or skills if and their roles on the expedition team. Expedition Methodology

Explain any methods that will be used during the expedition. For example will samples be collected. Will measurements or photos be taken. Will someone keep daily log of activities and findings. Reporting Describe here any reporting requirements during the expedition as well as how the final results of the expedition will be reported. Additional Notes Insert here any additional details that are important. For example you might want to stress safety and security measures add information about health precautions to be taken discuss expense reporting or funding for the expedition etc.
