How do you write a Alternatives document?
Alternatives to name the main idea you are presenting alternatives for are presented below. Use this template to discuss alternatives you want to present that could be considered instead of implementing your main proposal idea. For example in proposing building project you might present three different plans with different costs due to using different floor and wall treatments; or in proposing company reorganization you might suggest different personnel structures; or in software system you might suggest alternative software vendors. Keep in mind that its often beneficial to discuss the alternative of taking no action i. e. making no change to highlight what will happen in that case. Alternative #1 e. g.
