Q: I don't have Microsoft Word, can I still use your products?
A: Yes, unlike other proposal and contract products, which require you to have all of the most expensive business tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and usually graphics software as well, our Proposal Kits and related products work with many office suites. Solutions range from free office suites such as OpenOffice.org to the more expensive Microsoft Office solutions. Map. We have added many types of information pages to appeal

some using tables and some using mainly text.

Q:
What are the differences between styles, templates
and samples?
A:
Templates are individual documents ready to edit
and fill in the blanks, there are many different templates such
as a Cover Letter, Title Page, Executive Summary, Cost Summary,
Resume, Benefits, Features, etc.
A Proposal Pack contains templates, instructions, and sample proposals: everything you need to create a winning proposal. Every Proposal Pack contains the same files and information. The only difference between Proposal Packs is style: each Proposal Pack has a unique combination of colors, page header fonts, and accent graphics.
Picking a Proposal Pack is like deciding how to dress for your presentation to a prospective client. Do you want to wear a traditional suit; appear in a bold, artsy ensemble; or strive for a conservative but casual look? It all depends on how you want to present yourself and your organization to your special audience.
In the same way you vary your clothing to match the occasion, you may want different looks for different proposals. In that case, you'll want to purchase more than one Proposal Pack to have more than one style to choose from.
For example, say your company specializes in interior decoration for large facilities. You might want to purchase Proposal Pack Classic #2 for proposals to banks, Proposal Pack Tech #1 for proposals to software design companies, and Proposal Pack Artsy #1 for proposals to colleges and clinics.
The graphic
below shows three of our many "styles" (Classic #3, Business
#1 and PlainText English). There are many styles to choose from.
The differences between each style are just in the colors, fonts
and accent graphics (shown below circled in red). You can see
each style has the same text and layout, just different graphics
for the visual look. Other differences may be found in page border
colors, bullet point styles and text accent colors.
The PlainText
English is the most general looking style and does not include
any custom graphics.
