Services and Consulting
General Consulting ($30):
Up to 30 minutes of phone consulting during normal business hours. Including assistance with your operating system and word processor, product configuration and general help not covered by our free e-mail support.
1st Custom Graphic Header ($30) :
Creating custom text for a Proposal Pack graphic page header. You must select the $30 1st Custom Graphic Header for the first graphic header, then the additional $5 service for each additional graphic.
For example, we provide over 270 templates with graphic headers such as "Executive Summary". If you want a custom page title header with text that we do not include in any stock templates such as "Production Capacity Goals", we can create a custom graphic header for you.
We provide you with instructions and the original EPS and PSD format artwork files with each Proposal Pack so you or your art department can create your custom headers yourself. We can do this for you to save time or if you do not have the resources or staff.
This option does not include making any graphic design changes to the Proposal Pack graphic. It only includes changing the text of the headers.
Custom Proposal Pack Level 1 ($149) :
If you provide us with a custom logo or graphic design and select the font style from an existing Proposal Pack design we will create a complete set of Proposal Pack templates (over 270 documents) with your logo integrated into all of the templates.
For Example, the following Executive Summary header uses our Proposal Pack Multimedia #3 font style with a custom logo.
This option does not include any graphic design work, you must supply us with a ready to use company logo or other graphic in a format we can open in Adobe Photoshop.
A complete set of custom Proposal Pack templates will be created and sent to you in a compressed Zip file.
No extra templates or text changes to any templates are included.
Custom Proposal Pack Level 2 ($399) :
If you provide us with a custom logo or graphic design and select the font style from an existing Proposal Pack design we will create a complete set of Proposal Pack templates (over 270 documents) with your logo integrated into all of the templates.
This option is the same as Level 1 above however in addition it includes up to 1 hour of light graphic design work.
A complete set of custom Proposal Pack templates will be created and packaged into a installable program, just like our retail Proposal Packs.
No extra templates or text changes to any templates are included.
Custom Proposal Pack Level 3 ($699) :
We will put you in touch with one of our graphic designers to create a unique company logo and Proposal Pack design.
This option lets you create your own unique design tailored to your business with a logo suitable for use as your company logo.
Includes up to 4 hours graphic design time. If you have your own graphic designer create your company logo, see Custom Proposal Pack Level 2.
A complete set of custom Proposal Pack templates will be created and packaged into a installable program, just like our retail Proposal Packs.
No extra templates or text changes to any templates are included.
Note: We do not offer proposal writing services or legal advice. You are responsible for your own word processing, writing and editing. We will only provide assistance in installing, configuring and using our proposal and contract template and Wizard software products.
