Consulting services are available if you need dedicated support services by phone for configuring and using any products. Proposal Kit products are designed as low-cost do-it-yourself solutions and include a large volume of help material and documentation. We will always provide free support by e-mail however you should refer to the documentation first for anything that is general use and configuration related.
For pre-sales inquiries, ordering issues or problems occurring with our site or products, phone support is available during normal business hours.
"Lifetime support" means that we will still do our best to answer questions, provide tips and help you continue using old versions of our products. However, we do not provide technical support, bug fixes, downloads, patches or dedicated assistance for old versions. Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be required to upgrade to the most recent version of a product. If you require this type of support for an old product we may be able to arrange for paid consulting services on a case-by-case basis.
We do not offer proposal writing services or legal advice related to any contracts. You are responsible for your own word processing, writing and editing. We will only provide assistance in installing, configuring and using our proposal and contract template and Wizard software products. We do not provide free support for your operating system, word processing, spreadsheet or other 3rd party application software.
