For example in the case of home you might include whether or not window treatments and appliances will remain; in the case of painting you might include its provenance and framing details; and in the case of business you might include information about its inventory. Describe the experience of this appraiser and why the appraiser is qualified to determine the value of this property. Methods of Appraisal. Describe how the appraiser has determined or will determine the value of the property. Methods usually include comparisons to sales of similar properties in the same time period and or geographical area.
