Writing the Analogies document

Use this template to compare your organization process or project with similar one. You might want to do this to point out pitfalls to avoid or highlight models that you want to emulate for success. For example you might describe how another organization failed to invest in more efficient equipment and lost contracts discuss how you fear that the same thing will happen to your organization and then make recommendations on how to change direction. Introduce the topic of analogies here and explain why you believe making comparisons is important. Comparison #1 e. g. " Our Company and Other Company " or " Our Product and Other Product" Describe the similarities and then discuss what this means to you. Comparison #2

Describe the similarities and then discuss what this means to you. Comparison #3 Describe the similarities and then discuss what this means to you. Add summary or recommendations here.
