Use this template to describe the process for approving decisions in your organization or that of your client. Approval processes can be very simple such as having employees submit requests for vacation time which are then rejected or approved by manager; or approval can be very complicated such as when submitting complex proposal for new building or for reorganization of corporation. Questions to be answered are. How many people need to vote Yes for the request or proposal to be approved. Must the proposal be accepted as whole or can parts of it be accepted and others rejected. Is there multi tiered approval process. Is there time frame for approval. Discuss all these issues here. Introduce the concept of approval here and explain its importance in the context of this proposal. Then explain the approval process below. At each step explain how all parties will be notified about what has been approved for further consideration and what has been rejected. Approval Step e. g.
