Use this template to describe any sort of consolidation or amalgamation merging of several things. For example you might describe how to merge two companies into one or how to consolidate years worth of online blogs into an book. Introduce the importance of consolidation here. Explain the benefits to be derived from consolidating. Current State. Describe all entities to be consolidated. Include all important details such as numbers of people or items locations etc. Desired State. Describe the goal of the consolidation. For example you might be merging two teams into one or consolidating multiple inventories under one system in one locale and so forth. Methodology. Describe how these entities will be consolidated. For example will entities be moved or reorganized. Will some be discarded. Be sure to list important details such as criteria for making decisions and the names of responsible parties.
