Use this page to explain to employees what will be expected of them in a future debriefing session, or to describe the results of a previous debriefing session. Debriefing is a term used to describe a formal interview that takes place to gather information after an important event has happened. Holding debriefing interviews can be critical for instances that might result in legal proceedings in the future: accidents of any kind, criminal activities, incidents of harassment or discrimination in the workplace, etc.
