Responsible Parties Paychecks will be written by Name party responsible for writing paychecks. Paychecks will be distributed by Name party who will distribute paychecks or name process such as direct deposit into bank accounts on specify dates on which paychecks will be distributed e. g. " the 1st and 15th of the month or the next business day after weekend" Schedule
Explain schedule issues such as how long after work period that pay will be issued i. e. " Pay is for work done two weeks earlier " etc. when hours must be submitted to be processed for payroll and so forth. Additional Information Add any other details necessary. You might want to discuss amounts that will be subtracted from paychecks such as insurance and taxes or discuss forms that must be submitted to payroll or other departments within your organization before payment can take place.
