The sphere of control includes the actions personnel or market share that the organization controls through its actions. Explain what you mean by the term " sphere of control" and then describe the size of the organizations sphere of control. Explain the importance of the ability to control other individuals or organizations. You may want to describe obligations that come with the power to control others or the goals you want to meet through that control. Describe how you plan to use your sphere of control or that of your client in the context of this proposal.
