Use this template to show you understand your customers or constituents. Write general introduction to say that you understand what the reader needs or is looking for. Describe how your organization can fill that need or desire. You need to make the case that your company is the right choice to provide solution. Your Needs Briefly summarize the needs.
Why Your Needs Are Important Explain the underlying reasons for the needs described above. For example you might want to describe the need to build neighborhood playground and then explain here that kids in the neighborhood currently play in the street because they have no other open space. We Have the Solution Briefly summarize your solution. Additional Information Include any other important information the reader will want to know. For example you might want to describe similar projects your company has worked on or tell readers that they will have the opportunity to comment on the project plan or ask the reader to vote for your solution or set up contract and so forth.
