How do you write a Appraisal document?

Use this template to describe how the worth of property such as home business or other asset has or will be determined. Appraisals are generally used in cases where expert opinions are needed to determine propertys value for taxation or sale or to insure or finance that property. You may need to obtain several appraisals to ensure that experts agree on the worth of very valuable property. Property Appraised. Describe the salient points used to evaluate that property. For example in the case of home you might include whether or not window treatments and appliances will remain; in the case of painting you might include its provenance and framing details; and in the case of business you might include information about its inventory. Appraiser. Appraiser Name Appraiser Address City State ZIP Appraiser Phone Number Appraiser Website or Email Address Qualifications. Describe the experience of this appraiser and why the appraiser is qualified to determine the value of this property. Methods of Appraisal. Describe how the appraiser has determined or will determine the value of the property. Methods usually include comparisons to sales of similar properties in the same time period and or geographical area.
