How do you write a Phases document?

Use the Phases template to describe any sort of phases. This will most likely be the phases of the project you are proposing but could also be the phases that something might go through such as the phases different appearances of life phases for living organisms. Phases are often delineated by time frames or by deliverable or milestone met. For example large building project might consist of planning phase permitting and contracting phase and construction phase; software project might consist of design phase coding phase and testing phase; and company reorganization might consist of planning phase and an implementation phase.
