Introduce the need for precautions here by mentioning the process that necessitates precautions. For example you might say " On October 20xx our employees will enter your home to inspect and apply sprays and traps to control pests" or " On July 20xx we will need to connect new supply line to the piping system that supplies natural gas to your home. " Add specific details as needed about the potential risks. Then go on to explain the precautions that should be taken below. You should protect your home and family by taking the following precautions. Precaution #1 e. g. " Remove all people plants and pets from the area" or " Turn off all appliances connected to gas lines. " Add details as needed here. Be sure to mention important details such as deadlines or time periods that must be adhered to recommended procedures or products to use and so forth.
