Writing the Synergies document

Use the Synergies template to discuss synergies that would benefit the project you are proposing. The term synergy applies to any sort of relationship in which two or more combined entities produce different result than any of them would produce separately. For example in science and medicine two combined chemicals may have completely different effect than either would have on its own. People using computers or special equipment can be much more efficient than people without these tools; this is synergistic relationship. Two or more companies may work together to complete project that none of them could complete individually. In marketing the term synergy is often used to describe the ability to sell products or services simultaneously through multiple channels or in multiple forms such as simultaneous book movie video game release advertised on television in magazines and over the internet. Introduce the topic of synergy here and explain its importance to your proposal. Is your organization uniquely positioned to take advantage of synergies that your competitors cannot. Discuss in broad strokes how synergies will increase efficiency or profits for your project then go on to explain the various synergies below. Synergetic relationship #1 e. g. Our company has both advertising and packaging divisions We have long term relationships with suppliers for low cost supplies We sponsor book clubs that automatically buy all our books etc. Add any necessary details here to better explain this relationship and how the project will benefit from it. Synergetic relationship #2 Add any necessary details here to better explain this relationship and how the project will benefit from it. Synergetic relationship #3 Add any necessary details here to better explain this relationship and how the project will benefit from it. Summarize your discussion of synergies here and urge your readers to take the next step toward approving your plan.
