Provide framework to process papers at lower cost than possible for those currently being processed by existing system.

However the lack of an upgradeable office automation solution has led to lost productivity and missed opportunities.

Once IGuide Media is responsible for all office automation tasks the owner of Investigative Systems will be better able to meet the demands of his business and focus more on growing the business. The following is an estimate and summary of the costs associated with IGuide Media services for an office automation solution and web services.

Standard Disclaimer. The numbers represented above are to be used as an estimate for the projects discussed. The above Cost Summary in no way constitutes warranty of final price.

Estimates are subject to change if project specifications are changed or costs for outsourced services change before being locked in by binding contract. Minimum Term of this contract. 12 calendar months commencing on the first of the month following conversion completion.

After the initial term of this contract services will be provided on continuing monthly basis at the current rate schedule. Current rates are disclosed no less than days prior to the end of the initial term of this contract. If new contract for period of or more months is signed the rates will be locked in at the current rate at the time of signing. In the event of cancellation for any reason.

90 days notice is required by either party. There are no pre payment penalties. Cancellation of contract prior to the end of the initial term will require payment for all contracted services due to the end of the contract period or for days whichever is longer.

Late payment fees will be assessed on any account past due by days. Final terms and conditions will be provided in the contract for services. IGuide Media offers our entire staff at your service. We will assign the following team to your company’s project. Client Project Team Contact.

Brian Noon The Team Contact person is responsible for managing all contact between the IGuide Media development team and Investigative Systems LLC. To keep the project on schedule and avoid communication problems all project related issues must be managed through your contact person. Team Leader. Julien Simmons The Team Leader is responsible for managing the technical details of the project to ensure it meets the terms of the proposal and contract. The Team Leader will manage all of the activities of the subordinate team members and answers directly to the Project Manager.

The Team Contact person will be your main contact for the project development team. All decisions must be cleared through the Team Contact person and Project Manager. Subordinate team members should not be contacted directly unless cleared by the Team Contact Project Manager and Team Leader. IGuide Media will submit complete diagram of the office automation database schema and program workflow upon receiving contract approval and signature from Investigative Systems LLC.

This document will need to be approved by Investigative Systems LLC before programming begins on project. A Service Change Order SCO will be the method for communicating any changes to the project. The SCO will describe the change ; the reason for the change the charges for the change and the effect the change will have on the project timelines. Authorized representatives of Investigative Systems LLC and IGuide Media must sign completed SCO before implementation.

The following is our projected production schedule for the project. Thank you for taking the time to work with us to determine your technology needs last week. Know that your business office process serving software has been high priority problem for you.
