The following is list of all system deliverable as stated in this proposal and assumed for the final contract. 3375 HC100 PBX Phone Systems, 125 systems per location total locations, 3375 HC100 Installation Programming, Includes 24x7 Maintenance and Support for year, 135 HC100 Management Training, 5 staff trained per location total locations. As installation occurs at each site certified PBX System trainer will instruct management and or staff in system usage programming and troubleshooting. In this process your personal trainer contact will be Chanel Harpole.
She will be providing your certified training at the Corporate Headquarters. As the training schedule is finalized the remaining certified trainers will be assigned for each location. All training will be provided at your location utilizing your new systems.
Future on site training can be provided at nominal charge. If you require on site training at location other than specified for installation travel costs may be incurred. Please contact your Certified Trainer for more information and scheduling.
Phone and mail support will be provided free of charge 24x7 for period of year commencing upon the final installation of systems.
