Re: Notice of Immediate Termination.
Dear First Last:
This is a notice of the Company's intent to terminate you from your position as Contract Job Title for insert termination reason or requirement, such as misconduct or poor performance. I am enclosing a package of information for your reference regarding termination of your employment.
